This villa is very large, 650 m2 on the inside, with two large patios on the outside plus a big garage with parking space and different activities. It has 4 floors and nine rooms with 26 beds and 10 beds in sofa beds.

When you book the villa you always have exclusive access to all floors; no part of the villa is shared with anyone else. But you will not have access to ALL bedrooms. We prepare one bedroom per two paying guests (one guest per room is also possible but must be notified in advance).

The rooms upstairs have a balcony with amazing views and their own bathroom while the rooms on the lowest floor have no sea view at all and a shared bathroom. I have made the walkthrough video and the virtual tour to make it easier for our guests to understand how big the villa is, what we have to offer, and to make it possible for the guest to plan who will use which bedroom.
